Platelet Derived Growth Factor (PDGF)

About This Treatment

If PRP awakens the skin, PDGF strengthens it. Platelet Derived Growth Factor is one of the body’s most powerful regenerative messengers- 400% stronger than PRP or PRF alone. We like to combine the two to give as much impact.  It is naturally found within PRP, but when used with intention, it delivers a more focused and precise signal to rebuild tissue at a deeper level. While PRP offers a beautiful, broad stimulation for overall rejuvenation, PDGF is more specific. It encourages fibroblast activity, improves tissue density, and enhances long term structural integrity. PDGF is often used to: • Improve skin quality and thickness • Soften scars • Strengthen delicate or thinning tissue • Enhance the outcomes of other regenerative treatments We often turn to PDGF when refinement is not enough and restoration is the goal. Results develop gradually as collagen reorganizes and tissue becomes more resilient. It is the universal equalizer, essentially, guaranteeing results. PRP and PRF can be affected by the person's overall health, whereas PDGF is consistent with its results. The improvement is not superficial. It is foundational.
