In the art of graceful aging, my priority always starts with your skin health. While many patients arrive requesting me to focus on a wrinkle or lips, I try to bring the focus back to overall glow, luminosity, and universal facial balance. To have no wrinkles, full lips, or contoured cheeks without glowing skin, in my humble opinion, defeats the purpose. To truly embrace yourself at every age, it is essential to have healthy skin as a foundation and a base to anything that we may add on. Your skin is the largest organ on your body. It is like a muscle that we need to train and exercise. In my professional opinion, your skin reflects the foundation of your being. The skin harbors no secrets. As soon as you receive your appointment confirmation email, you must sign into the Online Patient Portal and complete the Required Health Forms. On the day of your appointment, please avoid wearing makeup. We would also recommend to wear loose/ comfortable clothing and to avoid turtle neck style collared shirts so we may give a full assessment of neck, chest and décolleté. Please avoid alcohol and blood thinning medications for a few days before your appointment. If you plan to receive an injectable treatment the day of your consultation involving facial balancing, neurotoxins, biostimulators or fillers, we recommend you begin taking arnica tablets (3 pills, 3 times a day, for 3 days prior to your appointment). We carry these in-office or you may find them at your local health food store. Taking these prior to your appointment greatly reduces bruising and swelling. Typically within the first year, I tell my patients to expect we may spend more time together. We are getting them to a “goal”. After we’ve reached our goal, you can plan for easy annual maintenance. Remember that we always focus on skin first, and there will be times when I don’t want to do a thing but work on your skincare. Trust me on this pause. Oui! Sunscreen is appropriate for EVERYONE. It is even useful in the winter or on cloudy days. Here are some tips to make the most out of your time in the sun: ✔️Make sure your sunscreen has UVA and UVB protection ✔️ Opt for SPF 30 or higher ✔️ Don't forget your ears, back of the neck, hands, lips, and feet. ✔️ Sunscreen isn't just for summertime. Use even when it’s cloudy and during winter months. ✔️Sunscreen is for all skin tones, not just lighter ones. (Skin cancer doesn’t discriminate) ✔️ If you have sensitive skin, opt for mineral sunscreens containing ingredients like zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. Did you know I’m also afraid of needles?💉 Thats why I’ve done extensive advanced courses (even learning in cadaver labs) to truly understand anatomy so I may provide the best possible techniques for injecting. When it comes to facial balancing or threading, I’m never ‘forcing’ an injection into the skin, but instead, finding that ‘sweet spot’ that gives little-to-no resistance and just ‘glides in’. This improves aesthetic result, and minimizes the time needed for healing. Usually, patients are numbed either with topical crème or small (acupuncture-sized) injections. (Or both if you’d like! 😘) During the procedure, we can play your favorite music, talk to you and can even use other distraction methods such as tapping or vibration tools. While some of my needles may look super big, it’s important to know many of the longer ones are actually thinner needles. It’s not as bad as it looks! 💋

Filler lasts anywhere from 6-24months.

The hard truth about eye creams. ⁠ ⁠ Bottom line, it’s all about facial structure and volume loss. ⁠ ⁠ As we age, our zygoma (cheekbone) and ramus (jawline) begin to dissolve. This pulls our facial features forward and stresses our under-eye area. ⁠ ⁠ To correct under-eye circles, we need to reinforce the structural changes that happen during the normal aging process. Jawline sculpting creates a pulled back or lifted appearance. It compliments the angle of a persons profile (my favorite angle to look at). With male jawlines, a sharper line is more anatomically balanced. It is imperative to understand that male and female faces are vastly different in shape. For example, with a female— a more C shaped jawline is feminine and flattering. The angle of her cheek should have a tilted angle up. The opposite is true for men. Non-surgical brow lift. Unlike traditional surgical eyebrow lifts, this non-surgical approach offers numerous benefits. A combination of innovative techniques are used to achieve the desired lift and contour for your brows. This treatment is best for patients who are noticing dropping or sagging and simply desire a more youthful appearance. Poly-L-Lactic acid. This is a biostimulator triggering the production of collagen, conditioning your skin, and literally helping you age in reverse. Results take 6 weeks and peak around 4 months. Your results last anywhere from 2-5 years.

If a filler migrates it can create an undesired “puffy” effect and result in an uneven appearance. There are several reasons this may happen. including: * Gravity: Over time, gravity can cause the filler to gradually move downward, leading to a shift in the placement of the filler material. * Dynamic Movement: The under eye area is prone to constant movement due to facial expressions, such as smiling or squinting. This continuous movement can contribute to the displacement of the filler. * Tissue Characteristics: The skin and tissues in the under eye area are relatively thin and delicate, which can make it more challenging for the filler to stay in place compared to other areas with thicker skin. * Individual Factors: Each person’s body may react differently to dermal fillers. Factors like metabolism, hydration, and individual anatomy can influence how long the filler lasts and if there is any migration. * Volume and Type of Filler: Using excessive filler volume or a type of filler that is not suitable for the under eye area can increase the risk of migration. Filler migration is easily treated in office with a dissolving injection.

1. There is no downtime after botox! Many clients come in during their lunch break. 2. The downtime for filler varies. After a lip appointment you will be swollen and may have bruising for a few days following. It takes 2 full weeks for filler to settle. Most clients can attend social events after a few days. The full results are seen at 2 weeks.

Our cellulite treatments are more than just skincare- we work to actively break the fibers that are creating the “dimpling” and crevacing of cellulite that we all know too well. Platelet Rich Plasma is your own blood product. First we draw your blood and then spin it in a centrifuge to extract the platelet rich plasma (PRP), along with your own exosomes and fibrin to be used in a variety of ways. We then inject this back into targeted areas in your scalp. The PRP recruits stem cells to the area where injected and "turns on" the healing process. It can be used for facials, scar improvement, O-Shot procedures, and hair restoration.

Most scars may benefit, unless you are prone to keloid formation, in which case there are alternative approaches.

Scars are a natural and beautiful part of the human experience. Not all scars are created equal, but if you have a scar that you would like to soften, let’s talk about it. Sometimes it’s not about hiding or removing a part of us; but more about feeling like we have a fresh start.

One of the major concerns that my patients have pertains to spider veins. Spider veins happen when a vein becomes damaged. They are very common on the legs or the face. Spider veins can come in many colors, but my new Aerolase laser will zap out all of them 😉

(Non-Surgical) Brazilian Butt Lifts are in full effect! 🍑 BBLs- everyone seems to want one, and knows someone who’s had one. Or worse- we may know someone who has a BAD surgical one. Going under the knife is not for everyone. That’s why I love this non-surgical option. It is SO much safer than the life risking surgical procedure (15% mortality rate). Instead of using potentially lumpy and bumpy fat transfers, I use a targeted injection plan of biostimulators to plump up your peach. Onychomycosis, or nail fungus, is an infection of the toenail in which the nail changes color, thickness and quality. In addition of causing an unhealthy appearance, it can cause pain and difficulty walking. Laser treatment for nail fungus is safe, quick and highly effective. Most patients are able to be clear of their infection with only one or two treatments. Laser procedures for nail fungus are proven to be a much safer and effective method as compared to oral medications or topical creams. One of the key aspects of eradicating nail fungus is to achieve penetration of the laser energy into the nail bed. This area needs significant heating to ensure the fungal material is destroyed, which requires a deep-heating and powerful laser. The Aerolase Neo Elite offers patients the ideal laser for such treatment. After the treatment, patients are able to resume their daily activities as normal. Results are not immediate, as it takes anywhere from 3-12 months for the new, non-infected nail to grow. PFB (Pseudofolliculitis Barbae, i.e. ingrown hairs, razor bumps or beard bumps) is an irritating condition that is commonly caused by shaving. It often appears in patients of darker skin types, including tanned skin and skin types IV through VI. The laser selectively targets melanin in the underlying hair and follicle, as well as hyperpigmentation surrounding the lesion. If it is your first time getting a lip treatment, you may have concerns regarding recovery times. Don’t worry! Lip treatments recover very quickly. Most swelling occurs on the first and second day of treatment. Afterwards it will subside rapidly. I recommend arnica pills 3 days before your treatment. You may take ibuprofen after your treatment to reduce swelling. We also carry our signature French NP Arnica Lip Glosses which help cut down healing time tremendously.

Facial balancing takes two weeks to fully integrate. Swelling is normal. Each patient will receive aftercare instructions, as well as pre-care instructions.
