So while these treatments are offered globally, the French approach to aesthetics shifts the perspective from "anti" aging to "graceful" aging. In other words, if you're going to be 50, let's make you the most beautiful version of 50 we can, using techniques that preserve the most beautiful parts of you.

In the art of graceful aging, my priority always starts with your skin health.

While many patients arrive requesting me to focus on a wrinkle or lips, I try to bring the focus back to overall glow, luminosity, and universal facial balance.

To have no wrinkles, full lips, or contoured cheeks without glowing skin, in my humble opinion, defeats the purpose.

To truly embrace yourself at every age, it is essential to have healthy skin as a foundation and a base to anything that we may add on. Your skin is the largest organ on your body. It is like a muscle that we need to train and exercise. In my professional opinion, your skin reflects the foundation of your being.

The skin harbors no secrets. We won’t ignore this major area, because it is essential to unifying any other work that we do. let me guide you on your journey as we give you the skin you always wished you had.

Will I look natural?

There is a delicate line that we walk in the field of “anti” aging. Unfortunately, many are afraid of starting treatments for fear they will look like someone they know who is “overdone”.⁠

I’m here to tell you that I frequently say no to patients. ⁠In an effort to maintain my ethical and aesthetic beliefs, part of that responsibility comes with declining procedures to patients who are not candidates.⁠

I am committed to each person’s natural beauty. ⁠

How can I book an appointment?

To book your first appointment, please click here to join our waitlist. The questionnaire takes about 5 minutes to complete and will inquire about your desires, previous treatments and availability. Question 6

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Accepted Answer

As soon as you receive your appointment confirmation email, you must sign into the Online Patient Portal and complete the Required Health Forms.

On the day of your appointment, please avoid wearing makeup.  We would also recommend to wear loose/ comfortable clothing and to avoid turtle neck style collared shirts so we may give a full assessment of neck, chest and décolleté.

Please avoid alcohol and blood thinning medications for a few days before your appointment.

If you plan to receive an injectable treatment the day of your consultation involving facial balancing, neurotoxins, biostimulators or fillers, we recommend you begin taking arnica tablets (3 pills, 3 times a day, for 3 days prior to your appointment). We carry these in-office or you may find them at your local health food store. Taking these prior to your appointment greatly reduces  bruising and swelling.

If I have a big event I am preparing for, how far in advance should I book?

Do you have a wedding or special event coming up? Schedule a consultation as soon as you know about the event. Let’s talk and establish our goals together. The more time we have, the better.

If we are preparing you for a big day, I like to see you on a bi monthly basis to monitor progress.

We will decide on timeline and goals, and then decide on the best approach for you and your facial balancing treatment. Don’t worry! You will look amazing regardless. I am only here to help you feel the most confident that you can along the way.

How often are treatments needed?

Typically within the first year, I tell my patients to expect we may spend more time together. We are getting them to a “goal”.

After we’ve reached our goal, you can plan for easy annual maintenance.

Remember that we always focus on skin first, and there will be times when I don’t want to do a thing but work on your skincare. Trust me on this pause. It is always with your best interests in mind. ✨

What should my aftercare regimen be?

Each patient receives a tailored treatment plan, and will receive aftercare instructions based on their needs.

To maximize results and improve the effects of your treatments between appointments, we recommend switching to a medical grade skincare line such as ZO SkinHealth. Within your premiére consultation, we will be able to recommend specific items that are available both in our medical spa and our online shop.

Do I need to wear sunscreen everyday?

Oui! Sunscreen is appropriate for EVERYONE. It is even useful in the winter or on cloudy days.

Here are some tips to make the most out of your time in the sun:

✔️Make sure your sunscreen has UVA and UVB protection

✔️ Opt for SPF 30 or higher

✔️ Don't forget your ears, back of the neck, hands, lips, and feet.

✔️ Sunscreen isn't just for summertime. Use even when it’s cloudy and during winter months.

✔️Sunscreen is for all skin tones, not just lighter ones. (Skin cancer doesn’t discriminate)

✔️ If you have sensitive skin, opt for mineral sunscreens containing ingredients like zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. These are less likely to cause irritation.

✔️Reapply every 2 hours, especially if you're sweating or spending time in water

✔️Don’t forget your sunhat and sunglasses

✔️Check the expiration dates to ensure their effectiveness

Do you offer virtual consultations?

Our consultations are offered both in-person and virtually. If you're considering a treatment during the consultation, we recommend visiting our office. If you live out-of-state or prefer to just inquire, we recommend electing a virtual session for your convenience.

Question 12

What is your rescheduling policy?

Accepted Answer

Please try your best to keep your appointment, as last minute rescheduling will revise your placement on the waitlist. We appreciate at least 3 business days notice if you would like to reschedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call or text our office at 617-615-6269 as soon as possible so we can work with you to find the next available appointment. You may also email at concierge@thefrenchnp.com. Out of respect for others on the waitlist, we can only reschedule a new patient consult once.

Question 13

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment, and we can assist with that. Please call or text our office at 617-615-6269 as soon as possible to arrange your cancellation and avoid any penalties. You may also email at concierge@thefrenchnp.com. Cancellations less than 3 business days in advance will result in an automatic cancellation fee of $150. In the event of a same day no-show a $400 fee will apply instead. In order to reschedule afterwards we require 100% payment  of the planned procedure that was missed.

Unfortunately, if you fail to communicate with us or arrive to your appointment, we will not be able to reschedule your visit.

Do I need to pay a fee to reserve my appointment?

In order to secure your visit, we kindly ask that you submit a non-refundable consultation fee of $150.  With respect to others on our waitlist,  non-payment will result in automatic appointment cancellation. When do I need to sign into the Patient Portal?

Immediately after your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email with a temporary password that will help you gain access to our online patient portal. Do I  need to complete the Required Health Forms before my first appointment?

You must complete all required health forms before your visit. These forms can be found in your Remedly account. If the required health forms are not completed prior to your rendez-vous, they will have to be finalized during your visit, which may shorten your overall consultation time. We recommend completing these consent forms in advanced, as to allow ample time to read, review and sign each form. For additional assistance on how to sign digitally,click here.

What to wear to my first appointment?

What if I am afraid of needles?

Did you know I’m also afraid of needles?💉

Thats why we’ve done extensive advanced courses (even learning in cadaver labs) to truly understand anatomy so I may provide the best possible techniques for injecting.

When it comes to facial balancing or threading, we are never ‘forcing’ an injection into the skin, but instead, finding that ‘sweet spot’ that gives little-to-no resistance and just ‘glides in’. This improves aesthetic result, and minimizes the time needed for healing.

Usually, patients are numbed either with topical crème or small (acupuncture-sized) injections. (Or both if you’d like! 😘)

During the procedure, we can play your favorite music, talk to you and can even use other distraction methods such as tapping or vibration tools.

While some of our needles may look super big, it’s important to know many of the longer ones are actually thinner needles.

It’s not as bad as it looks! 💋
