Aesthetics Patients Only:
Send Photos for Pre-Evaluation
If you are inquiring about facial balancing or aesthetic injectables, please follow the instructions below. If you are a patient seeking Wellness Care (Menopause, Andropause or Perimenopause), please continue to Step 4.
For aesthetics patients, we would like to start by providing a mini pre-evaluation to develop a treatment plan that will focus on highlighting your skin and natural beauty. The purpose of this pre-eval is so that we can plan the right amount of time for your first appointment— we never want you to feel rushed.
To get started, please complete the following steps:
1. Take 3 photos in bright lighting from the front view, 30-degree view, and 90-degree view with a clean fresh face.
2. Text your photos to 617-615-6269 along with your first and last name. You may also email them instead to concierge@thefrenchnp.com .
Within the next few days, you will receive a proposed mini pre-evaluation along with a customized treatment plan and pricing. Once you've reviewed and approved the plan, we will schedule your first in-person appointment. During this appointment, we will conduct a comprehensive assessment, review your treatment plan in detail, and address any questions you may have before proceeding with the treatment. Your first appointment will include both the consultation and your initial treatment on the same day.

Wellness Patients Only:
Send Your Lab Results
For new patients inquiring about GLP1s or Hormone Replacement Therapy (for Menopause, Andropause or Peri-Menopause)  we would like to make the most of your first visit. If you’ve had labs drawn within the past six months, we kindly ask that you send your most recent lab results in advance. You may forward them directly or simply have them sent by your primary care provider. If you do not have recent labs, you may schedule an appointment with Quest Health and request the tests listed below.  If needed, we are happy to assist with ordering them on your behalf.
Women:

Please fast for 10 hours prior to your blood draw (water is allowed).
Men:

Testosterone Test
We recommend for men to schedule their blood draw between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM, as testosterone levels fluctuate throughout the day and are best assessed in the morning. Please fast for 10 hours prior to your blood draw (water is allowed).
STEP 5
Online Patient Portal + Required Health Forms
You will receive an email invitation to sign into our online patient portal. This email will contain a temporary password that is only available for 5 days. Please sign-in and complete your required health consent forms as soon as you receive the invitation. For additional assistance on how to complete these forms, please view the video in the next step.
STEP 6
Confirmation Email + Texts
You will receive an email confirmation the week of your rendez-vous to confirm your appointment details. It is compulsory to confirm. If you do not confirm, we will follow up with a text message. If you have not received an email or text within 72 hours of your appointment, please check your spam folder.

Rescheduling Policy
We appreciate at least 3 business days notice if you would like to reschedule your appointment. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call or text our office at 617-615-6269 as soon as possible so we can work with you to find the next available appointment. You may also email at concierge@thefrenchnp.com. Last minute rescheduling will revise your placement on the waitlist. Out of respect for others on the waitlist, we can only reschedule a new patient consult once.

Cancellations/No Shows
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment, and we can assist with that. Please call or text our office at 617-615-6269 as soon as possible to arrange your cancellation and avoid any penalties. You may also email at concierge@thefrenchnp.com. Cancellations less than 3 business days in advance will result in an automatic cancellation fee of $150. In the event of a same day no-show a $400 fee will apply instead. In order to reschedule afterwards we require 100% payment  of the planned procedure that was missed. 
 
Unfortunately, if you fail to communicate with us or arrive to your appointment, we will not be able to reschedule your visit.

Payment Details
We understand that investing in your health is a meaningful decision. While we are not currently able to accept insurance for visits, most prescriptions ordered through our office are covered by insurance, according to your coverage eligibility. For your convenience, we also offer flexible monthly payment plans through Cherry. If you have any questions or concerns about cost or coverage, we’re here to help walk you through your options.

Preparing for Injectables
If you plan to receive an injectable treatment the day of your consultation involving facial balancing, neurotoxins, biostimulators or fillers, we recommend you begin taking arnica tablets (3 pills, 3 times a day, for 3 days prior to your appointment). We carry these in-office or you may find them at your local health food store. Taking these prior to your appointment greatly reduces bruising and swelling.

What to Wear
On the day of your appointment, please avoid wearing heavy makeup. We would also recommend to wear loose/ comfortable clothing and to avoid turtle neck style collared shirts so we may give a full assessment of neck, chest and décolleté. For best results, begin using a medical grade skincare routine at least 2 weeks before your appointment.

Each patient receives a tailored treatment plan, and will receive aftercare instructions based on their needs. To maximize results and improve the effects of your aesthetic treatments between appointments, we recommend switching to a medical grade skincare line such as ZO SkinHealth. Within your premiére consultation, we will be able to recommend specific items that are available both in our medical spa and our online shop.
