In order to secure your visit, we kindly ask that you submit a non-refundable consultation fee of $150. Once confirmed, our team will be contacting you within 1-3 business days to schedule your appointment.

STEP 1

Join the Waitlist

To book your premiére consultation,  please click the button below to join our waitlist. The questionnaire takes about 5 minutes to complete and will inquire about your desires, previous treatments and availability. Once completed, please proceed to Step 2.

STEP 2

$150 Consultation Fee

In order to secure your visit, we kindly ask that you submit a non-refundable consultation fee of $150.  If you have not yet submitted your deposit, please select the button below. With respect to others on our waitlist,  non-payment will result in automatic appointment cancellation. 

STEP 3

Appointment Confirmation

Once your deposit has been received, we will be contacting you shortly (within 1-3 business days) to reserve your appointment date and time. Then, you will receive two emails: your appointment confirmation email and an invitation to sign into our online patient portal.  If you have not received either of these messages, please check your spam folder and add donotreply@remedly.com to your address book.

STEP 4

Online Patient Portal

You will receive an email invitation to sign into our online patient portal. This email will contain a temporary password that will help you gain access to your account. This password is only available for 5 days. Please sign-in and set up your account before your first visit. For additional assistance on how to complete these forms, click here. 

STEP 5

Required Health Forms

You must complete all required health forms before your visit. These forms can be found in your Remedly account. If the required health forms are not completed prior to your rendez-vous, they will have to be finalized during your visit, which may shorten your overall consultation time. We recommend completing these consent forms in advanced, as to allow ample time to read, review and sign each form. For additional assistance on how to sign digitally, click here.

STEP 6

What to Expect 

During your visit, Sandy Hunt AGACNP-C will meet with you, listen to any questions and concerns, carefully study you, and unveil a year-long treatment plan specifically tailored to you. This plan will focus on highlighting your skin and natural beauty.  If time permits, we can perform your first treatment on the same day.

STEP 7

Preparing for Injectables

If you plan to receive an injectable treatment the day of your consultation involving facial balancing, neurotoxins, biostimulators or fillers, we recommend you begin taking arnica tablets (3 pills, 3 times a day, for 3 days prior to your appointment). We carry these in-office or you may find them at your local health food store. Taking these prior to your appointment greatly reduces  bruising and swelling.

STEP 8

Confirmation Email + Texts

You will receive an email confirmation the week of your rendez-vous to confirm your appointment details. It is compulsory to confirm. If you do not confirm, we will follow up with a text message. Please respond with "Yes" or "No" in order to maintain your reserved placement status. If you have not received an email or text within 72 hours of your appointment, please check your spam folder.

What to Wear

On the day of your appointment, please avoid wearing heavy makeup.  We would also recommend to wear loose/ comfortable clothing and to avoid turtle neck style collared shirts so we may give a full assessment of neck, chest and décolleté. For best results, begin using a medical grade skincare routine at least 2 weeks before your appointment.

Rescheduling Policy

We appreciate at least 48 hours notice if you would like to reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours in advanced will result in a cancellation fee of $150. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please call or text our office at 617-615-6269 as soon as possible so we can work with you to find the next available appointment slot. You may also email us at info@thefrenchnp.com. Last minute rescheduling will revise your placement on the waitlist. Out of respect for others on the waitlist, we can only reschedule a new patient consult once.

Virtual Consultations

Our consultations are offered both in-person and virtually. If you live out-of-state or prefer to just inquire about treatment options, we recommend electing a virtual session for your convenience.

Cancellations/No Shows

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your appointment, and we're here to assist you with that. Please call or text our office at 617-615-6269 as soon as possible to arrange your cancellation and avoid any penalties. You may also email us at info@thefrenchnp.com . Cancellations less than 48 hours in advanced will result in an automatic cancellation fee of $150. In the event of a no-show, a $400 fee or 50% of the planned procedure will be applied.  

 

Unfortunately, if you fail to communicate with us or arrive to your appointment, we will not be able to reschedule your visit.

Aftercare

Each patient receives a tailored treatment plan, and will receive aftercare instructions based on their needs. To maximize results and improve the effects of your treatments between appointments, we recommend switching to a medical grade skincare line such as ZO SkinHealth. Within your premiére consultation, we will be able to recommend specific items that are available both in our medical spa and our online shop.
